fragSOL

fragSOL is Solana’s first Liquid Restaking Token (LRT) and the culmination of Fragmetric’s technological innovation. By restaking SOL or other Liquid Staking Tokens (JitoSOL, mSOL, BNSOL, or bbSOL) through the Fragmetric protocol, you receive fragSOL, which represents your restaked SOL or LST and entitles you to:

  1. Solana Staking Yield
    Fragmetric collaborates with top-tier yield-focused protocols, aiming to deliver competitive returns to fragSOL holders.
  2. MEV Rewards
    All SOL and LSTs deposited into Fragmetric are used to secure TipRouter, the first Node Consensus Network (NCN) under Jito Restaking. MEV tips generated from these activities are distributed to fragSOL holders, boosting overall APY.
  3. Additional Restaking Revenue
    With integrations on the Jito (Re)staking Protocol, including collaborations with NCNs, Fragmetric efficiently redistributes extra restaking rewards to fragSOL holders.
Rewards within the protocol are distributed in two ways: When NCN/AVS rewards are distributed in tokens that can be deposited back into fragSOL, the protocol uses auto-compounding to increase fragSOL’s APY. If the rewards are paid in tokens not supported for deposit, users can manually claim those tokens at any time. This dual approach ensures the best possible yield for fragSOL while giving users direct control over any non-compounding rewards.

LF(ra)G Campaign

Simply holding $fragSOL allows you to earn F Points, which are measured in seconds. For example, if you deposit 1 fragSOL, your F Points start accruing immediately. After one full day (86,400 seconds), your additional F Points can be calculated using fragSOL’s accrual rate of 0.001:

Hence, for every 1 fragSOL held over 24 hours, you would gain 86.4 F Points. For a more detailed explanation, refer to the LF(ra)G Campaign section.

Deposits

To mint fragSOL, simply deposit SOL, JitoSOL, BNSOL, or bbSOL through Fragmetric’s (re)staking Station. Fragmetric’s Jito (Re)staking vault supports nSOL (Normalized Solana), enabling any Liquid Staking Token (LST) to be integrated intofragSOL. All deposited SOL is automatically staked into JitoSOL, thereby contributing to the Jito (Re)staking ecosystem. Please note that the exact amount of fragSOL minted may differ based on the specific LST deposited, due to varying token prices. (mSOL deposits are currently paused.)

Steps to Deposit

  • Select an Asset : Choose SOL, JitoSOL, BNSOL, or bbSOL from the dropdown menu.
  • Enter an Amount: Specify how much SOL or LST you want to deposit. Click Max if you want to deposit your entire balance.
  • Click RESTAKE: Confirm the transaction in your wallet. Once complete, fragSOL will appear in your wallet.

Unstaking

Once you submit an unstake request, it will be placed in a queue and become claimable after 3 epochs (up to approximately 10 days). During this period, Fragmetric handles the following on your behalf:

  • Undelegating tokens from the node operator
  • Retrieving tokens from the restaking vault
  • Unstaking to Solana

Please note there is a 0.2% withdrawal fee for each unstake request, which helps cover expenses associated with the Jito (Re)staking platform.

Steps to Unstake

  • Enter an Amount: Specify how much fragSOL you want to unstake. Click Max if you want to unstake your entire balance.
  • The "Receive" amount displayed at this stage is an estimate. Your actual withdrawal amount may differ when the unstaking process completes.
  • Once the unstaking process is complete, you can withdraw your SOL from the Withdraw Queue.
